Three services from first light to last orders, buffet down one side and à la carte down the other. Named for the beach at the top of the drive.
The evening room. One kitchen, one cuisine, done properly — for the dinners that were the reason for the trip.
Named for the casuarinas along the shore. High tea, proper coffee, and the counter's own pastries — the room where meetings happen without being called meetings.
The top of the house, facing west. Everything on this coast points at the sunset, and this is the room built for it.
Barbecue at the pool end, cold drinks, and the kind of lunch that takes three hours because nobody wants to move.
Its own door to the street. Viennoiserie in the morning, artisan loaves by the afternoon, and a patisserie counter for the cakes people order weeks ahead.
The bakery runs the classical three-part kitchen: the breakfast pastries, the bread, and the patisserie counter. It keeps its own entrance from the road, so you do not have to be a guest to use it.
