Laboni runs all day, both sides of the menu, three services. Monsoon takes the evenings that were the reason for the trip. The Jhau Lounge does tea and the meetings that happen over it, Horizon has the roof and the sunset with it, The Deck grills at the poolside — and Oasis Bakery opens onto the street.

Pool and spa
A long deck facing the water
The pool sits on the beach side of the house, held at swimming temperature all year, with shaded cabanas and daybeds along it and a grill at one end. Behind it: treatment suites, steam and sauna, and a fitness floor with trainers on it.

We open on 1 January 2028. The house is being built on Marine Drive now, and everyone on the opening list gets the rates, and the chance to book, before either goes public.
Not yet — rates and availability are released closer to opening. Tell us roughly when you would like to come and we will be in touch the moment there is something to book.
On Marine Drive, on Cox’s Bazar sea beach — the longest natural sea beach in the world, a hundred and twenty kilometres of unbroken sand along the Bay of Bengal. The water sits to the west of the house, and so does every sunset.
Three hundred rooms and suites across four types. The split between them, and which floors face the water, is confirmed nearer to opening.
Six rooms to eat and drink in — Laboni for all-day dining, Monsoon in the evenings, the Jhau Lounge for tea, Horizon on the roof, The Deck at the poolside and Oasis Bakery with its own door to the street — alongside the pool and wellness deck, the spa and gymnasium, and a business centre with an executive lounge. Exactly what opens in the first phase is confirmed closer to the date.
